Please fill out our online Vendor Application. We welcome you to drop off the application at the antique mall. Tim, the mall owner, is happy to answer any questions you may have.

We understand that sometimes you find the perfect furniture piece, but getting it home can be a challenge. That’s why we offer a 3-day pick-up policy for large items. Simply purchase your treasure and let us know you’ll be back within 3 days to pick it up. Remember, after 3 days, your beauty goes back on the floor for someone else to love, and your purchase will be considered final.

WMAM does not have staff to assist with loading furniture at purchase. We kindly ask that you bring along some assistance if you’re buying heavy or bulky items.

Each booth at WMAM is rented, stocked, and priced by individual dealers. This means that the prices you see are set by the vendors themselves, not by WMAM. WMAM staff and volunteers are not authorized to negotiate prices on any item without the vendor’s consent. WMAM does hold store-wide sales throughout the year, during which vendors may choose to offer discounts on their items. You can usually find out about these sales by checking the WMAM website or social media pages, or by looking for signs posted throughout the mall.

To protect both vendors and shoppers, we have a policy for unpriced items. We can’t guarantee their rightful ownership without a price tag, and selling them could lead to confusion and frustration. Inquire about holding it, and we will contact you once we have been able to locate the proper vendor.
