We will display either your Logo or booth photo on the website. Please upload whichever you prefer to use. The booth photo does not need to be the entire booth, it can be a photo of a nice display that represents the style of items you provide. There is a $10 fee to change the photo at a later date, to cover the time it will take to process that update. There is no fee for the initial image. Thank you.

Max. file size: 50 MB.

One photo will display along with your booth information on the vendor page. You may update this photo at a later date for a $10 fee. There is no fee for the initial image. We may also use this photo for an introduction on our social channels.

Max. file size: 50 MB.

If you prefer to use your logo, rather than a booth photo, please submit that in jpg or png format.

Booth Photo or Logo

Please use the online form above to submit a photo for use on the Vendor Page. Your Booth #, Booth Name, and Facebook & Instagram Links will display along with the photo. If we do not receive a digital photo along with your booth information, we will take one photo of your booth. Sorry, Multiple booths of the same number, will only display one image.

Future Updates: A $10 editing fee applies for subsequent image changes, reflecting the time needed to update your submission. Updates to images will take place on our monthly system maintenance date, which is generally between the 20th – 28th of the month.

If you add a Facebook or Instagram Link, that will be updated with our monthly system maintenance, which is generally between the 20th – 28th of the month.

All photos, and updates, must be received by the 15th of the month in order to be processed on the next date.

Please note: We will be on vacation from Feb 21-28, so that update will take place during the first week of March.
